Service Points Spreadsheet - When you apply for a S.O.A.R. scholarship you are asked to attach a typed copy of your service points.  This Excel spreadsheet has been formatted for the purpose of recording your service points.

S.O.A.R. Scholarship Application - Nu Pi members are eligible to apply for one $450, two $200 or one $150 scholarship awarded fall, winter and spring quarters or the $1000 transfer scholarship awarded in spring.  Here's the application.
