Letter of Recommendation Request and Release - complete, sign and give it to the person(s) you are asking for a letter of recommendation for scholarship, employment or other purposes.

New Member Application - if you have completed 12 credit hours at Sinclair and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, you may join!  Note - please use your Tartan ID, not your Social Security Number on the application.

Star Awards Form - Our enhanced membership to recognize members for their support of our chapter.

Service Points Spreadsheet - When you apply for a S.O.A.R. scholarship you are asked to attach a typed copy of your service points.  This Excel spreadsheet has been formatted for the purpose of recording your service points.

S.O.A.R. Scholarship Application - Nu Pi members are eligible to apply for one $500 and five $200 scholarships awarded fall and spring semesters or the $1000 transfer scholarship awarded in spring.  Here's the application.

Gold Seal Request Form - The semester you will graduate, please submit a gold seal request so we are sure to send you a gold seal for your diploma.

Simple GPA Calculator - Use this Excel file to calculate your cumulative GPA and see what grades you need to earn to maintain a 3.5 or better.

Funding application - Use this Word document to apply for a position on the Nu Pi chapter Annual Convention committee, travelling to Nashville, TN on April 12-14, 2012.
