What did we learn?

· Many of the same statements regarding Indian higher education were made   as had been stated at the first two workshops.
· India inherited the British system of higher education and it excels at preparing the elite of colonialism, but not for educating the masses.
· SKIP-Skills for Progress is a 200 member ITI group that Adrian Almeida has agreed to   manage.  CCID can assist in upgrading curriculum.
