The Art Department and Art Galleries frequently host gallery exhibitions and displays of student, faculty, professional artists work around Sinclair's campus. These artistic additions seek to enhance student learning and the cultural landscape of the area.
During April, a new exhibition was mounted in Sinclair's David H. Ponitz Center (Building 12). Received through a generous donation from the artist's family, this display features the work of late Dayton-area painter Ms. Alix Amador French, a long-time resident of the Dayton area and one of the founders of the Miami Valley Cooperative Gallery.
