Dayton, OH - Jeff Price (Men's Basketball Coach) announced today Sinclair Community College has signed a pair of twin towers from the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Phillip Hayes (6-09 – Allen County HS/Adolphus, KY) a McDonald’s All-American Nominee has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Sinclair Community College. He averaged 15.0 points per game and 9.7 rebounds per game his senior year en route to his third district championship in 4 years of varsity action as well as being named 1st Team All-Region. “Phillip brings a new level of scoring to our center position. He has the ability to score and defend around the basket as well as the ability to shoot the outside jumper” said Coach Price.

Kevin Williamson (6-10 – Barbourville HS/Barbourville, KY) has also signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Sinclair Community College. Kevin averaged 14.0 per game and 15.0 rebounds per game during his senior campaign. Leading his team to the District Finals his senior year, he was named 1st Team All-Region. “Kevin gives us that much need size (280 pounds) on the inside, thus allowing our guards and forwards to extend the floor and intensify our defensive pressure” said Coach Price.

Phillip and Kevin will join local signee De’Angalo Gates (Thurgood Marshall H.S.) as they join a Sinclair Men's Basketball team coming off back to back 20 wins seasons and back to back years of being ranked in the top 20 of the NJCAA-National Junior College Athletic Association.
