Women's Basketball Wins at Home

The Pride continued conference play Saturday night as Sinclair knocked off Lakeland 89-78.
Lakeland controlled most of the first half and took a 39-33 lead into half as they capitalized on poor shooting from the Pride.
The Pride rebounded and got back on track shooting 52% from the field and 44% from the behind arc in the second half to pull out a 89-78 victory.
Leading the way for the Pride with a team high 22 points and 6 assist and 6 rebounds was Katie Von Lehmden (5-6/Fort Jennings H.S.). Chipping in with a double-double was Danielle Forrer (5-7/Troy Christian H.S.) with 10 points and 12 rebounds.
Sinclair travel to Cincinnati State Wednesday for another OCCAC match up.
