Sinclair (4-1/0-0) Men’s Basketball wins a non-conference game against Ancilla CC (IN) (1-2/0-0) 82-71
Dayton, OH – Sinclair Men’s Basketball team hosted Ancilla CC out of Indiana in a Region XII JUCO match up.
In a game that started late, Sinclair looked like the team that just got off the bus not ready to play. Ancilla only dressed 7 players and looked like the favored team in this afternoons match up. Size and numbers did take it’s toll on the visitors from Ancilla as Sinclair used all 12 players to out rebound the visitors by +21. In the end, Sinclair had too much size and depth as the Pride pulled away in the final minutes to secure a 82-71 victory. Sophomore British Alexander (6-06/Trotwood Madison H.S.) scored 20 points and grabbed 9 rebounds.
The Sinclair Men’s team will return to action next Saturday (11/28) at Clark C.C. in Springfield.
