Workshop: Move It To Lose It!

Students from the Exercise Science and Sports Science programs will present a MOVE IT TO LOSE IT workshop Tuesday, April 3 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. in the Library Loggia.

Learn about the risks of inactivity and how to break bad habits and live a healthier life.  The presentation will conclude with a walk around the Dayton campus.

Participants will have a chance for a free gift!
