Module Administration

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR USE OF MODULES IN MY.SINCLAIR:

  • Modules will initially be available to all Sinclair users, but not mandatory (i.e. users can remove the module at their discretion) 
  • Content is limited in length to 50 words. Detailed information should be provided through a link (total length 50 words + link)
  • Seven (7) day limit for posting any one piece of information
  • Module will be be viewable on the eNow tab
Suggested content guidelines:
  • Should be relevant to specific time period (include from to dates, but not to exceed 7 days)
  • Provide critical information (who, what, where, when etc.) in one sentence with link to detailed information
  • Content should be Sinclair related
  • Content should be critical or time-sensitive in nature (information that would impact the majority of users, particularly students), for instance:
    1. changes to critical operations, procedures, or processes
    2. deadline-specific information (financial aid)
    3. general student population events (4-year college nights etc.)
