Deb joined Sinclair in September 2006 with over 25 years of extensive experience in a variety of business environments including Right Management Consultants, LexisNexis and AT&T. She recently was appointed by Ohio Governor Ted Strickland to the newly established Governor’s Workforce Policy Advisory Board. This year, Deb is being honored as as Woman of Influence by the YWCA Dayton. In 2005, Deb was honored as one of Dayton’s Ten Top Women by the Dayton Daily News. She serves on the Clothes that Work! Board, as board chair for the March of Dimes, on the governing board of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, and as professional development chair and board member of the Miami Valley Human Resources Association. Deb also was recently appointed to the Daybreak Board.
Hope Arthur, Director

Hope came to Sinclair in 2007 with over 20 years of extensive experience in hospitality management coupled with an impressive network of business and community relationships. Her previous professional experience includes work for the Dayton Racquet Club, Alliance Hospitality, Inc., Trans Inn Management and Tharaldson Enterprises. Hope currently chairs the YWCA’s Women of Influence Hospitality Committee, the Clothes That Work! Walk a Mile Hospitality Committee and the Live and Silent Auction for the March of Dimes Signature Chef's Auction. Hope also has served on the YWCA Dayton Board and as chair of their Professional Enrichment Series, on the Executive Women's Golf Association Board and as their Social Chair, and with the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador and on their Annual Golf Outing Committee.
Hubert L. Chatman, Director

Hugh joined Sinclair in 2007 with an extensive military, higher education and human resources background. As an Air Force Officer, Hugh received numerous awards including Senior Human Resources Officer of the Year for the United States Air Force. He has served as Director of Human Resources for Central State University, Executive Director of Human Resources, Labor Relations and Personnel Regulatory Compliance at Youngstown State University, and the Director of Human Resources for the City of Dayton. Hugh is a member of a number of professional organizations, including Miami Valley Human Resources Association, International Personnel Management Association, Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance and the Ohio Public Employer Labor Relations Association.
Kristi Dinsmore, Director
Client Professional Services
Kristi joined Sinclair in 2007 having previously held leadership positions with HR Chally and Right Management Consultants. From 1999 through 2003, she was director of the University of Dayton’s Center for Leadership and Executive Development. For the past 10 years, she has focused on leveraging her corporate and leadership development experience to meet client management and consulting needs in the area of individual and organizational effectiveness. She is a qualified interpreter of numerous personal skills assessment instruments.
Michael Freed, Interim Director
Engineering, Technology & Manufacturing Solutions
Mike works with local business, industry and organizational clients to support their technical education and workforce development training needs. He previously was Manager of Industry Engagement for the Engineering & Industrial Technologies division as well as Project Manager for the Advanced Integrated Manufacturing (AIM) Center at Sinclair. Prior to coming to Sinclair, Mike had over twenty years of manufacturing experience, holding a variety of managerial positions in production operations, engineering, new product development and quality assurance for Corning Incorporated at facilities in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio. Mike holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
