The AMS Program is an advanced level, critical thinking curriculum designed to elevate good employees into top performers. These critical thinking skills enable employees to make significant improvements in quality, cost and delivery and increase the value proposition for prospective customers. The program includes modules on Advanced Job Processing, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. The program is ideal for individuals and groups leading improvement efforts for their plants such as machinists, CNC programmers, quality technicians, manufacturing technicians, and manufacturing engineers.

for process improvement and hands-on training, such as its industrial maintenance
training stations for hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, programmable logic controllers
(PLCs), automation and robotics.
