Workforce Solutions is working to provide our community with the resources, classes and facilities to create a world-class technology workforce. To this end, we have partnered with groups and companies such as Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle and the Greater Dayton IT Alliance to leverage an array of value-added curriculum and services. These services provide a unique blend of credit and non-credit opportunities, allowing students maximum flexibility in designing a program that best meets t he individual and corporate learning needs.

Workforce Solutions regularly provides clients a fast, cost-effective way to keep their employees’ IT skills current. Custom classes may be designed for as few as four people and can be facilitated at client offices or Sinclair locations. Our facilities are equipped with the latest technical training resources including the region’s only hands-on Cisco and Oracle Network Labs, full audio visual capabilities and superior full-time technical support.
