Conveniently located in downtown Dayton, the Sinclair Conference Center's dedicated underground parking garage, Lot C, is easily accessible from Fourth Street, just west of Perry Street.
If using a GPS, enter the address as 301 W. Fourth Street, Dayton OH 45410 (note this is not an actual mailing address).
Driving Directions:
I-75 South:
- Take the Salem Ave/First Street Exit (53-B, on your left)
- Quickly merge into the far right lane (heading east)
- Turn right onto Perry Street (approximately 1/4 mile off I-75)
- Turn right on Fourth Street (2 blocks)
- Immediately turn right into the Lot C Parking garage (under Building 12)
I-75 North:
- After crossing US-35, quickly get into the right lane
- Take the Salem Ave/First Street Exit (53B is on your right)
- Turn right (East) onto First Street
- Turn right onto Perry Street (approximately 1/4 mile off I-75)
- Turn right on Fourth Street (2 blocks)
- Immediately turn right into the Lot C Parking garage (under Building 12)
SR-35 East or West:
- Take the Main Street/Jefferson Street exit
- Follow the exit ramp onto Jefferson Street
- Turn left onto Fourth St. (4 blocks)
- Just past Perry Street, move into the right lane (4 blocks)
- Turn right into the Lot C Parking garage (under Building 12)
SR-48/Main Street Northbound:
- Turn left (West) onto Sixth Street (the street will curve north)
- Turn left onto Fourth Street (2 blocks)
- Just past Perry Street, move into the right lane (1 block)
- Turn right into the Lot C Parking garage (under Building 12)
SR-48/Main Street Southbound:
- Turn right (West) onto Monument Avenue
- Turn left onto Perry Street (3 blocks)
- Turn right on Fourth Street (4 blocks)
- Immediately turn right into the Lot C Parking garage (under Building 12)
