1. Go to my.sinclair.edu
   
   Click on the Forgot Your Password? Reset it Here link.

2. Enter your network username and click on Check Username.

3. If you type your username incorrectly or enter the wrong username, you will see the screen pictured at the right.
   
   You cannot access the reset tool without your correct username. This is a security feature to protect your account.
   
   Click OK and try again or contact the IT Help Desk at 937-512-HELP (4357) or at helpdesk@sinclair.edu for assistance with your username.

4. If your username is correct, you will see this screen.
   
   All fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields.
   
   You must also complete at least one of the fields with a blue asterisk
   
   When complete, click on Check Information.

5. If you enter data into a field in an incorrect format, click OK and re-enter the field info in the correct format.
   
   Click Check Information again.

6. When all information has been entered correctly and checked, you will see this screen.
   
   Your network password has been reset to passXXXX, which is the word pass plus the last four digits of your SSN.
   
   Use the arrow to scroll down to the bottom of the window.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   For security reasons, you must change this new password the next time you log into my.sinclair.edu.
   
   Be sure to read the info about password requirements.
   
   Click on the Login to my.Sinclair.edu link to change your new password.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

7. Enter your current password, passXXXX
   
   Enter a new password
   
   Enter it again in the Confirm box
   
   Click the login button.

8. If you try to enter a password that does not meet the password policy requirements, you will have to try again.

9. When you have successfully created a new password, you will see the login box.
   
   Enter your username and password and click the login button.

10. You will now be logged into my.Sinclair.ed
