What is WebCT?
WebCT is referred to as "Course Management" software.

What does WebCT "Course Management" software mean?
Think of WebCT as a virtual school building where all online courses are kept. WebCT is accessed once you have signed up for a course through Sinclair's registration. Students enter the "building" by accessing the WebCT site. WebCT allows your instructor to communicate with you in an enclosed environment. Here is a summary of just a few tools available in WebCT. Internal Mail System. WebCT has its own email system that is not accessible outside of WebCT and is specific to each individual course. Discussion Forum. There is also a Discussion Forum where you can post ideas and assignments. Chat. Chat allows two or more users to communicate real time in a "chat room."

How do I get to and login to WebCT?
Login to http://my.sinclair.edu and click on the WebCT tab.
