A Generic Network Account is to be used for a specific department function. This account is not meant for network use by individual users. Individual users including student employees should use their individual network accounts to access the Sinclair network for their normal job duties. If a Generic Network Account is by a department, a Generic Network Account Request form must be submitted to the IT Help Desk for the user. The form requires the account custodian's signature and the custodian’s dean/director approval. |
