Roles and Responsibilities

·        Consistently deliver quality customer support

·        Take ownership (as appropriate) of customer inquires and problems

·        Resolve or assist in the resolution of customer inquires and problems

·        Listen carefully, understanding issue and document

·        Enhance customer relationship with the Help Desk and Sinclair
