Welcome to the General Accounting web site.  The office of General Accounting is located in building 7, room 7230.  Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and 8 am to 4:30 pm during the Summer quarter.

 General Accounting provides the following services:

• Payment of non-payroll college bills such as vendor invoices, utility, independent contractor, and construction expenses
• Preparation and disbursement of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Review and payment of travel expenses
