Mission
The BWTT is an annual conference dedicated to celebrating, empowering, and improving the lives of women of color. BWTT strives to build networks of women across generations, ethnic/racial groups, and socioeconomic levels that evoke personal and communal change.

For nine years we have provided a forum where women of color can dialogue and seek solutions to the multitude of issues faced in society. The most significant goal of this year’s conference is to share ideas and tools between women on ways to create passion, power and promise.
