Sinclair Women’s Volleyball Take on #11 Owens

Dayton, OH – Sinclair Women’s Volleyball team hosted 11th ranked Owens College this evening at home.

The Pride dropped the first game, 14-25 and battled like champs in the second only to lose 30-32. In the third and final game, Owens proved why they are ranked #11 in the Nation and put away The Tartan Pride 25-27. "That was by far the most inspired match we played all year! To bad it was our final one. But, we are very excited about the future of Sinclair volleyball and our incoming recruiting class.", Head Coach KC Gan stated.

Four Sophomores were honored tonight playing their final game for The Tartan Pride; Kayla Bertke (New Lebanon), Bethany Musselman (Xenia), Katie Thompson (New Lebanon) and Sarah Whitaker (Lewisburg)

Sinclair -vs- Owens (0-3): 14-25, 30-32, 25-27.

Sinclair ends their season with a 15-15 overall record and 6-6 in OCCAC play.
