Women's Hoops Down Otterbein JV

Dayton, OH –  Sinclair’s Lady Tartan Pride, coming off a seven day break, took on Division III Otterbein College from Columbus, Ohio tonight at home.

Sinclair came into the game on a two game win streak and winning 5 of their last 6 games and a nice Holiday crowd welcomed the Lady Pride at The PAC on Sinclair’s campus.

Shooting just 33 percent from the field in the first half, Sinclair held a slim 33-31 lead at halftime. At the fourteen minute mark of the second half The Pride took an eight point advantage, 48-40 and would go on to win 81-65.  

Sophomores Shelby Pettit ((Brookville) had a game high 21 points and Shannon Campbell (Miamisburg) had 16. Sinclair had a season high 16 steals for the game.

The Pride are 7-2 overall and will return to home action on January 19 as open OCCAC play against Edison. Game time is 5:30 PM in Sinclair's Physical Activities Center located in Building 8.
