Sinclair Red-Shirt Signs Letter of Intent
Dayton, OH - Jeff Price (Men's Basketball Coach) announced today that Sinclair Community College Red-Shirt Freshman Sam Johnston (Melbourne, Australia) has signed a National Letter of Intent.
After Red-Shirting his first year at Sinclair, Point Guard Sam Johnston has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Western State College of Colorado. Western State is a member of NCAA Division II and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC).
Sam will have 4 years remaining to compete for the Mountaineers as he Red-Shirted his first year at Sinclair.
During the 2010-11 season, Sinclair finished with an overall record of 20-9 and tied for 3rd in the OCCAC. The Pride also served time in the NJCAA Division II National Basketball polls being ranked as high at 13th.
