Dayton, OH – Members of the Sinclair Men's Basketball team joined forces with 100+ young professionals to take to the streets of Dayton to give back.
As unbelievable as it sounds, the rain held off long enough Friday afternoon for members of the Tartan Pride Men's Basketball team to spent 4 hours working landscaping projects in the Oregon District.
An estimated 100 young professionals took to the streets of Dayton on Friday, May 6, 2011, to "Get Out, Give Back Dayton!" Known as Generation Dayton Day, the event marks the sixth anniversary of Generation Dayton. Volunteers check-in at a central location for lunch beginning at noon before embarking on assigned volunteer missions. After volunteering between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., volunteers celebrated shared experiences and accomplishments over food and drink.
