Dayton, OH – Sinclair Women’s Volleyball team won both OCCAC road games this weekend and improved their conference record to 6-4.

Friday the Pride opened the weekend road trip with impressive 3-1 victory over Cuyahoga CC in Cleveland. Once again Sinclair dropped the first game only to rally and win going away.

After once again dropping the opening game, the Pride won two very close games against Lakeland CC and held a 2-1 lead going into the fourth game. Winning road conference games is tough and the match against the Lakers turned out to be no different. The fourth and what turned out to be the final game of the match, came down to a few points that the Pride converted and won in exciting fashion 26-24.

Sinclair has now won 7 straight matches and 4 straight OCCAC matches. 

Sinclair –vs- Cuyahoga CC (3-1) 24-26, 25-22, 25-16, 25-11
Sinclair –vs- Lakeland CC (3-1) 19-25, 25-12, 25-21, 26-24

Sinclair (13-13) will return to action Tuesday at home, as they take on the University of Findlay JV squad in a late season non-conference match up. The Pride play in Building 8 and the game starts at 6pm.
