Sinclair Drops Classic OCCAC Battle
Dayton, Ohio – An outstanding conference battle was close all night long. Ohio Community College Athletic Conference, OCCAC match with the #2 and #3 teams was a classic at Sinclair’s Physical Activities Center on Wednesday night. Columbus State, who bested The Tartan Pride last month in Columbus, faced a Sinclair team that had put together a six match win streak and looked to move up in the conference standings.
Both teams played well but in the deciding moments in each game, Columbus found a way to win. Columbus won three games, 25-16, 25-21 and 25-21 to remain in second place in the conference.
Sinclair returns to home action on October 12 as they take on University of Cincinnati – Clermont at 6:00 PM in Sinclair’s Physical Activities Center located on their downtown campus.
