Sinclair Hires New Director of Advancement
Dayton, OH- Sinclair Community College recently hired Patricia L. Lavy as the new director of advancement in the advancement division.

Most recently, Lavy served as president of the HOPE Community Foundation. As the director of advancement for Sinclair, Lavy coordinates the efforts of the Sinclair Foundation, entrepreneurial investments and alumni affairs.

Lavy has twenty years of fundraising experience including as associate vice president of institutional advancement from Edison Community College and executive director of the Darke County United Way. She has also served on many community boards and committees including the Tri-County Board of Darke, Miami and Shelby Counties, the Darke County Chamber of Commerce and the Catholic Social Services Northern County Board.

"With her vast development experience and community contacts, Patty was a natural choice for this newly developed position," said Tom Raga, vice president of advancement for Sinclair.
Lavy has a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Dayton.
