Dayton, OH – Haliegh Hickenbottom records a double/double as Sinclair (2-0/0-0) knocks off Mott Community College (0-3/0-0) 86-57 Saturday.

Shaking off the rust of a 10 day layoff, Sinclair built an early lead by controlling the pace of the game.  The Lady Bears applied full court defensive pressure only to see the Pride break free for clean transition baskets.

Sinclair’s half time lead of 43-28 was matched with a mirror like performance in the second half.

Haleigh Hickenbottom (5-7/West Liberty Salem H.S.) recorded a game high 23 points and 16 rebounds. Joining Haleigh in scoring for Sinclair, Sam Van Atta (5-4/Waynesville H.S.) with 20 points and 9 rebounds.

The Lady Pride will return to action this Wednesday as they travel to the University of Rio Grande for a 5:30pm tip.
