Dayton, OH – Sinclair Men’s Basketball team hosted Miami University – Middletown this evening.
Sinclair took it’s frustrations out on the Miami Middletown after coming off a 14 point loss at #5 Mott C.C. (Flint, MI) on Saturday. The size advantage at every position took it’s toll on the Thunderhawks as Sinclair racked up 30 offensive rebounds in route to a +24 rebounding margin. Behind 11 blocked shots and a sizable rebounding margin, Sinclair easily scored in transition. A balance attack kept MUM on it’s heels as Sinclair used all 12 players with 5 scoring in double figures. Leading the attack for the home team, Sophomore British Alexander (6-07/Trotwood Madison H.S.) scored 18 points and grabbed 9 rebounds to match his team mate Sophomore Jason Clardy (6-07/ Warren Central H.S. – Indianapolis, IN) with 18 points and 9 rebounds.
The Sinclair Men’s team will return to action Saturday at home against Ancilla C.C. (IN).
