ACADEMIC CENTERS

What Students Can Expect.

The Tutoring and Learning Center offers free, one-to-one, walk-in tutoring in English, basic math, and reading/study skills.
Many of the Center's tutors are part-time faculty who are experts in their fields and so can offer immediate assistance. Students should bring their assignments and books with them when they come in for tutoring and have some questions ready.
The tutors will help students learn the correct processes for writing effective and grammatically correct essays and paragraphs, solving math problems, and reading textbooks effectively.
