With team success comes individual success.  Saundra Hale was selected 1st team OCCAC in 2004-2005 Denise Barr was selected 2nd team OCCAC that same year as well as Mary Werden who was selected to the Honorable Mention squad.  Blythe Billing was All-OCCAC in 2005-2006.  Danielle Roe was a First Team OCCAC selection in 2006-2007.

Coach Dillon's leadership and commitment to the community resulted in one of the largest community service projects ever undertaken by Sinclair Community College.  The 2004-2005 team was actively involved in the Artemis House, a center for victims of domestic violence.  The 2005-2006 team chose to be involved in Habitat for Humanity and the team spent time working on roofing for a housing project and conducted a tool drive during the season.  The 2006-2007 team worked with  the Ronald McDonald House which included collecting tab tops and worked weekends cleaning and restocking supplies in the Ronald McDonald House.  Last year the team collected items for the Dayton Humane Society

This year's team hopes to become involved with the Foodbank.  they have already participated in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, Ghost and Goblin run benefitting the Children's Medical Center of Dayton, and the MDA telethon.  As well they will be participating in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Pink Zone week benefitting the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund.

Coach Dillon emphasizes academics and in his tenure, the team has carried a 3.013, 2.967, and 2.96 grade point average respectively.  Several members of the women's team were named to the Dean's List and Academic All-Conference Team.  The latest addition to that honor was Danielle Roe.  Expectations for this year's team are equally high.

Coach Dillon has published several articles in leading basketball publications, most recently collaborating with Dr. Peter Titlebaum in sports management at the University of Dayton about recruting procedures and policies at the college level.
