Coach’s Preview

 With a lot of experience returning from a 19-8 team last season, this year's team is looking for success with a group of veteran players.  The 2006-2007 team was nationally ranked in team defense and free throw percentage.  Danielle Roe from Springfield South High School was a first team All Conference player with the Ohio Community College Athletic Association and joins Amari Wilson from Springfield South, Autumn Heflin from Kettering Alter and Carly Nance from Middletown Madison to anchor a very strong core of quick and athletic guards.  Post and swing players include Liz Shank from Waynesville and Megan Harbaugh from Dayton Christian.

 New players to this year's squad include Shaliah Wright from Texas and Morgan Davis has brougth her talents to the basketball floor after having played volleyball at Sinclair last season.  Alisha Grieves is a true freshman from Botkins High School who will provide strong support in the post and strength on the boards.  Chelsi Bingamon from Greeneview High School rounds out our squad this year and will help add much needed depth to our guard corp.

 I'm excited about what this year holds for our team and our program.  In my tenure at Sinclair this is the most experienced group of basketball players I have had the pleasure to coach.  They are truly great ambassadors for Sinclair Community College.  Again, they will be a very fun team to watch.
