Meet the Women's Basketball Head Coach: Jeff Dillon

Jeff Dillon begins his ninth season as the head coach of the Sinclair Tartan Pride Women's Basketball team. He has attained a record of 113 victories-78 losses in his time at the helm here at Sinclair. Many of his teams fair well against the competition, proving themselves year after year. The 2010 team finished 17-9 for the season and had 3 players receive All-Conference honors. Haleigh Hickenbottom received numerous honors being named to the Great Lakes All-Region team, picked to First Team All Conference, and being named OCCAC Player of the Week during the season. Shannon Campbell also received conference honors being named to Second Team All Conference and Shelby Pettit received Honorable Mention. Another notable squad under Coach Dillon that performed quite well was his 2008 team. They won the OCCAC conference with a 12-2 conference record and finished with a 22-4 overall record. Several players received All conference honors that year and moved on to receive 4 year scholarships. They include Danielle Roe, First team and went on to NCAA Division II Kentucky Wesleyan, Liz Shank, Second team, and Autumn Heflin, Honorable Mention, went on to Grace College. In Coach Dillon's first season in 2003-2004, he led the team to a 16-12 record. The following year the team ended with a 19-12 record and a runner-up finish in the NJCAA Region XII Tournament.
