Dr. Robert E. Johnson, Senior Vice President at Sinclair Community College is responsible for the strategic leadership of the following groups: High School Linkages, Learning Centers, Marketing, Strategic Enrollment Management, and Student & Academic Support Services. As a Division, Dr. Johnson has the responsibility for the leadership of developing the strategies and tactics designed to analyze, improve, and implement processes and systems that will increase enrollment and retention, build brand, and improve student success.
- Develop Strategic Enrollment Management and Marketing systems to support student success, expanded high school linkages, and increased regional access.
- Strengthen and enhance partnerships with Instruction, Workforce Development, and Business Operations to improve student access and success.
- Develop systems to improve all operations through effective and efficient management of human and financial resources.
- Implement strategies and tactics to grow enrollment within the five market locations: Downtown Main Campus, Learning Centers (Englewood and Huber Heights), Courseview Campus Center, Online, and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
