Community Education, Awareness and Outreach

The Center for Energy Education is involved in community education/awareness activities. Presentations and workshops are being conducted in the community to create awareness of environmental issues, ways to become more “GREEN” and reduce energy use.  In addition, programs that provide home and commercial energy audtis provide hands-on experience for students entering this challenging field.

The Center for Energy Education prepared a presentation about energy audits which was posted on the First Lego League web site to assist the teams with their research project.
