Sinclair Community College is an Affiliate of the Building Performance Institute, Building Analyst Professional training program. Sinclair has Proctors on staff to offer both the Building Analyst written exam as well as the field exam. The student who successfully completes both exams receives Building Analyst Professional certification from the Building Performance Institute. This is a nationally recognized certification which will provide the student with marketability in this field.

Sinclair Community College offers a Solar PV Design and Installation course and is a provider for the NABCEP, North American Board Certified Energy Practitioners, Solar Photovoltaic Entry Level Exam. Students who successfully complete the Entry Level Exam receive a certificate that demonstrates their entry skill level in the solar photovoltaic industry.
