The Sinclair Energy Education Center was created during the Fall of 2006. It is the nucleus of Sinclair's energy related activities and initiatives.
The Center is engaged in community education and awareness of dwindling global energy resources and global warming, student energy-related activities, developing energy-related curriculum, courses and modules, and designing and building an energy lab.
The Energy website lists student activities, upcoming events, energy courses currently offered at Sinclair Community College and post the developments of the energy lab. Links of interest to energy and environment web sites are also included.

Sinclair Community College has both an Energy Technology Certificate and an Energy Management Degree program. These programs are designed to offer the students nationally recognized certifications in addition to the certificate and/or degree offered by Sinclair. The certificate program is designed so that if a student chooses to continue in the Energy Management Degree, all the credits in the certificate program apply toward the degree program.
Certificate Program
Sinclair offers a renewable energy program which is incorporated within the Energy Management Degree program. The core courses in the certificate and the degree programs are designed to remain the same with the transition to semesters with only the credit hours changing.
