Top Gun Machining Academy provides a level of training not currently available anywhere else. Participants will receive the following benefits:
- college credit
- recognition as one of the industry's most skilled technicians
- shared expertise and insight, with the goal of strengthening the industry as a whole
- potential to become a Top Gun instructor and/or part of the Top Gun curriculum development team
Spearheaded by the Dayton Tooling & Manufacturing Association (DTMA), the TOOLVALLEY Network, and the Advanced Integrated Manufacturing (AIM) Center - a partnership between Sinclair and the University of Dayton, the Top Gun Academy was formed to improve the competitiveness of skilled machinists in the region.
