This program is designed for technically oriented, hands-on students who seek employment opportunities in high technology manufacturing and industrial environments. The Automation & Control Technology with Robotics program focuses on installation and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems, industrial programming for control applications, and state-of-the-art mechanical and robotic systems installation, modification, and repair.

Students who are already employed and want to enhance present job skills, or seek new career advancement opportunities, may participate in the Automation & Control Technology program on a part-time basis.

Students can gain valuable hands-on experience through the school's  co-op program while achieving college credit for practical work experience.

What are the objectives of the Automation & Control Technology program at Sinclair?

The Automation & Control Technology with Robotics program builds knowledge in the application of electrical and mechanical skills for developing, installing, programming, and troubleshooting the complex machinery found in the modern manufacturing environment.
