Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Care

The goal of the program is to provide the students with the educational skill development and clinical experience to function under medical direction as competent respiratory care practitioners.

Entry level graduates with Associate of Applied Science degrees in Respiratory Care from Sinclair will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the ability to comprehend, apply, and evaluate information relevant to the job description of an advanced respiratory care practitioner.
  • Perform all prescribed therapeutic modalities and diagnostic procedures relevant to the job description of advanced respiratory care practitioners.
  • Demonstrate personal behaviors and attitudes consistent and appropriate to the advanced respiratory care professional.

STUDENTS MUST PASS SUMMATIVE, PREGRADUATION ASSESSMENTS IN ORDER TO GRADUATE!
