Adults and children 13 and over

Adults 62 years of age and older

Chemotherapeutic placement per site with a maximum charge of $20.00

Sealants – per sealant with a maximum charge of 20.00 per patient

Fees are payable at your first appointment.  We accept cash or check only. Our services are not intended to replace regular dental visits. Patients will have access to complete and current information regarding their current oral condition. Our services are limited to preventive care.  We do not offer extractions, restorations (fillings), endodontics (root canals), etc. nor do we treat dental emergencies.eThe clinic is open each quarter on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Patient appointments are at 8:00am and 1:00pm.

How do I become a SCC dental hygiene clinic patient?
Interested parties should call 937-512-2548 for an appointment. If there is no answer please  leave your name, phone number and the approximate date of your last cleaning and we will return you call within 3 business days.
