Welcome to Sinclair Community College's Department of Dental Health Sciences.
 
The Dental Hygiene Program has been in existence since 1973 and it is a two-year course of study involving five semesters.  
 
Due to the Fall 2012 Semester Transition, it is VERY important for you to speak with an ACADEMIC ADVISOR, (937) 512-3700, room 11-346, to make sure you are scheduling the correct classes for your program of choice.
 
The program in dental hygiene is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.  The Commission is a specialized accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education. The Commission on Dental Accreditation can be contacted at (312) 440-4653 or at 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611.
 
The program is open to all students who complete the entrance requirements.
