February 18 - 26, 2011
In The Foreigner, pathologically shy Charlie, who is visiting a bed and breakfast, is overcome with fear at the thought of making conversation with strangers. So his friend tells everyone he is from an exotic country and speaks no English. Once alone with strangers, Charlie overhears more than he should, including damaging revelations made with the thought that he doesn’t understand a word being said. That he does fuels the nonstop hilarity of the play where things go uproariously awry for the "bad guys," and the "good guys" emerge triumphant.
