FAQs

What books do I need for class?
The instructors use different books, so it is best to go to class on the first day and let the instructor tell you what book(s) to buy.

Can you give my instructor a message?
If your instructor is full-time, it is best to use the voice mail number listed on your course syllabus. If your instructor is part-time, please call Continuing Education at 512-2782. They can take a message and put it in the faculty member's mailbox.

Due to my work schedule, I have to change my classes. How do I do this?
You must have a letter from your employer on letterhead stating that you work and stating the classes are interfering with work. You then need to see a counselor.

I have a complaint about my instructor. Who do I talk to?
You must first talk to our department counselor. You can set an appointment to do so by calling the office at 512-2701.
