CCP Secondary School Partners

Secondary School Partners

Secondary School Partners play a critical role in the planning and implementation of the College Credit Plus program at Sinclair College. Secondary Districts are encouraged to meet with their CCP Coordinator to create, edit, and confirm courses to offer within the high school building to ensure they are appropriate for high school on-site offerings and encompass a cohesive set of courses toward a degree pathway.

CCP Coordinators are also available to attend the annual required CCP Information Sessions and other important meetings held at your school. CCP Coordinator contact information can be found here.

Administrator Spotlight

Ron Neanen, Counselor Eaton High School

Ron NeanenI have had the pleasure of working with Sinclair the past 20+ years. The Sinclair staff made the switch from the PSEO program to the College Credit Plus Program quite painless. They kept us very informed and aware of the changes and policies. We have dual enrollment classes in our building and have students travel to the Sinclair campus to take classes.

Sherry Holley and her office communicate with us frequently, visit our school to host CC+ Nights and meet with individual students and faculty. They always respond to our emails and phone calls promptly and supply answers to our questions. The CC+ registration process has been streamlined and is quite time efficient. Sinclair supplies a report of our students enrolled in classes at the beginning of the semester and a report of their grades at the end of the semester.

Eaton High School’s students, administrators, teachers, and counselors have found the Sinclair College Credit Plus Program a positive experience for all involved. It has been a great tool to help our students earn college credit while still in high school.
