Do you offer financial aid?

Yes, financial aid is available to students who declare Real Estate as their major. Please visit the help Paying for College page for more information on applying for financial aid.

What are the requirements to sit for the Ohio Real Estate Salesperson Examination?
For online courses, will I have to log on at particular times or come to campus?

No, you may complete online work any time or day of the week as long as you meet course deadlines. You will not need to come to campus.

Are online courses self-study or are there deadlines?

All online courses have deadlines, however you may work ahead of schedule.

Do I have to take the classes in a certain order?

You may take all 4 courses at the same time or in any order or combination that fits your needs.

When and where do you offer pre-licensing courses?
