This module covers what students need to know about various processes related to application, registration, financial aid, accessing Student Support Serives, etc. It should serve as a refresher and a point of reference for stuents taking online distance learning courses: Be sure to come back to this module when you have a question about administrative issues and how to solve them.

After completing this module, the student will be able to:

Understand the following processes at Sinclair: admission, placement, registration, financial aid, payment, testing.
Know the kinds of support services available to Sinclair students.
