Instructional Technology Council (ITC) Award

Sinclair was recently awarded the 2005 ITC Award for Excellence in Distance Education. LAW 103, taught by part-time faculty member Nadine Ballard, received ITC's highest award recognition for "Outstanding Online Course."  The local, regional, and national recognition for this innovative collaboration between Sinclair's Law Department and the College's Web Course Development Team continues to grow.

Ohio Learning Network Award

Sinclair has been a member of the Ohio Learning Network (OLN) for a number of years. This organization maintains a current online catalog of most distance learning courses and programs available at Ohio's many two- and four-year public and private institutions.

Each year OLN recognizes its member schools who implement  "Best Practices" into their daily distance learning operations.  In March 2005, Sinclair received their "Best Practices in Student Services Award."
