- Your name and 7 digit student ID#
- Your course name, number, & section (i.e. Eng 111 TC)
- Instructor name if known
- Browser version you are using (i.e. Internet Explorer 5.5 or Netscape 6.0)
- Your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
- A complete description of the problem and any error messages you have received
