REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT PRE-LICENSE COURSES
The Real Estate Department offers a Real Estate Sales Associate short-term certificate which is designed for the person who is interested in a career in real estate sales. The certificate includes the educational requirement of 120 seat-hours for persons to be licensed to sell real estate in Ohio, as required by the Ohio Division of Realty. The four Sinclair courses that meet this requirement are:
RES 1101 - Real Estate Principles & Practices - 40 hrs. (3.0 cr. hrs.)
RES 1202 - Real Estate Law - 40 hrs (3.0 cr. hrs.)
RES 1301 - Real Estate Finance - 20 hrs. (1.5 cr. hrs.)
RES 1401 - Real Estate Appraisal - 20 hrs. (1.5 cr. hrs.)
We offer these four required pre-license courses at convenient times on campus, at the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS®, and at some of Sinclairs Learning Centers.
