Sinclair Community College, in cooperation with the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® and surrounding communities, offers a comprehensive Real Estate Education program. This program provides A Short-Term Real Estate Sales Associate Certificate consisting of the four pre-licensing classes required to sit for the state real estate licensing exam. The Real Estate/Property Management degree program provides students with skills that will enable them to be building consultants, sales representatives, residential leasing agents, brokers, appraisers, and apartment managers with real estate firms, developers, and property management companies.
