Department Programs
Various degree concentrations are available within the Hospitality Management & Tourism Department (see links below). The core program, Hospitality Management & Tourism (HMTT) prepares students for a career in RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT. The concentrations in Hotel Lodging, Meeting & Event Planning, Tourism, in addition to the Culinary Arts Option are geared more specifically to enhance the training and internship experience in those particular segments of the industry.
